From the the experience of circa 2000 CHP projects we know that heating rooms do not always look perfect. To make efficient cogeneration doable in as many objects as possible – also those with small, not easily accessible heating rooms – our top priorities in CHP unit construction and development are that they
- have as compact dimensions as possible
- still offer good servicing access to all components e.g. by avoiding bothersome fixture bars
- can be dismounted easily to overcome difficult insertion ways
- have all core components including switching cabinet integrated in a compact sound absorbing case and
- transmit as little sound and vibrations as possible to the building with our sound isolation and the triple elastic bearing.
The advantages of these measurements for the CHP operator are:
- Little space requirement for the CHP unit operation
- cost-effective and fast insertion, quick installation and commissioning of the CHP unit
- a costly speparate foundation can be spared mostly
- CHP unit operation is also possible in sound sensitive buildings as hospitals, nursing homes or hotels
