Compact CHP units of the 400 kW class

With the CHP unit type GG 430 we have presented our new flagship of the 400 kW class on Hannover Messe 2019 which reaches an electric efficiency of 39.9 %, outstanding in its power class. It is suitable, besides the common applications, also for the steam generation or the heating up of thermal oil. Since the first CHP scheme with a GG 430 in the Medius clinic in Kirchheim (article, German) in late 2018 numerous further CHP units of this type have been commissioned.

In the following years this power class was supplemented by the GG 395 with less than 1 MW gas consumption and the newly developed types GG 305 and GG 355. Together they succeed the legendary GG 402 of which over 150 machines have been installed within 15 yeras in Europe and South America in large objects like industrial sites (e.g. Benteler and Sartorius), hospitals and district heating centers in most various configurations.

The CHP unit type GG 50 VR is the smallest ready-to-connect CHP unit of the 50 kW class. With icondensing heat exchanger it reaches up to 104 % total efficiency.
