High efficiency + low emissions: New CHP unit versions on Hannover Messe 2017

On this year’s Hannover Messe we have presented two long-proven CHP unit types in which we have integrated – without changing their dimensions – additional components. This way these types proven in hundreds of most different CHP projects can not only be installed easier and at less cost in the heating system but reach even higher efficiency and even lower emissions.

Compact CHP unit GG 402 with SCR catalyst
On the jont stand „Decentral energy supply“ in hall 27 we exhibited a new version of our CHP type GG 402 which contains an integrated SCR catalyst to comply with the more and more strict requirements on exhaust emissions in Europe.

Compact CHP unit GG 50 with condensing heat exchanger
In the same hall we presented a new version of our CHP type GG 50 at the EnergieAgentur.NRW booth on the joint stand of the NRW state ministry for climate protection and environment. This smallest connection-ready CHP unit of the 50 kW class with already integrated heating water pump and 3-way valve for return increase reaches with its condensing heat exchanger a total efficiency of up to 97,2 %.

With our compact, connection-ready CHP units we demonstrate the numerous application examples of eco-friendly and highly efficient cogeneration also when little space is available. All CHP unit types can be remote monitored comprehensively and integrated into virtual power plants. In order to balance the fluctuating power production from wind and solar power plants they can be turned on and off very quickly and adjusted in power to the current demand.
