At the E-world energy & water fair in February 2020 we have presented our well-proven compact CHP unit GG 50. The unit with 50 kW electrical and up to 101 kW thermal power is equipped with a low-maintenance gas engine and reaches an extremely high efficiency at optimal conditions for condensing heat utilization. It is apt to supply especially swimming pools, nursing homes, schools, industrial sites or hospitals with heat and power.
This CHP unit type built by us for decades has been installed in over 400 objects such as the swimming pool SaWanne in Sangerhausen (Germany), the nursing home Le Terrazze in Turin (Italy), Freie Universität (FU) Berlin’s Campus Kelchstrasse, the furniture technology company Hettich in Kirchlengern (Germany) or the children’s hospital of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
As all our CHP unit types the GG 50 is equipped with a robust industrial PC operated intuitively by touch panel which makes not only a fully automatic operation but also a comprehensive remote monitoring and control via secured internet access possible. Moreover the service reports are entered online and evaluated automatically, so service works for predictive maintenance can be detected and performed in time. Besides the classic use of thermal power for heating it can, with accessoires, be used for climatization and/or provide emergency power for e.g. lighting, elevators, IT and sprinklers in case of a mains failure. In 2020 the German cogeneration association B.KWK (Bundesverband Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung) informed as a co-exhibitor on our stand about the new cogeneration power label „Blaue Energie“ and latest developments in energy politics.
We thank all visitors for the interesting conversations and are looking forward to implement the discussed CHP projects.
